In Naryn region, 18 parents of children with disabilities received two days of business planning training as part of the FSDS project “Inclusive Society for Children with Disabilities.”
Together with the trainer, participants developed ideas and solutions for their projects and, divided into mini-teams, practiced their newly acquired skills through practical exercises.
The training was conducted in an interactive format, using real case studies and incorporating feedback sessions.
All participants emphasized how important such trainings are today, as they are planning to apply for regional grants and other types of support available for parents of children with disabilities.
