On January 23, 2023, specialists from the FSDS visited villages in Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions as part of the program to provide clean drinking water to residents of remote areas.

Earlier, the residents of these areas participated in a competition to select new villages and expressed interest in updating their water supply systems. The project specialists visited these areas and conducted an assessment focused on the importance of the issue, the readiness of project documents, and, of course, the interests of local authorities.

The results of the selected villages will be announced in early February.
