Aiperi lives with her family in the village of Komsomol in the Koshkor district. Currently, she is engaged in entrepreneurship.

"I have been interested in sewing for a long time. I used to take small orders at home, and when it grew, my husband and I decided to open our own workshop at home. This became possible with the support of the FSDS. Today, we have over 50 employees," says A. Muratbekova.

Aiperi is a participant in the FSDS project "Expanding Socio-Economic Opportunities for Vulnerable Groups in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan." During the implementation of the program, she received training on the basics of business management, marketing tools, and financial sustainability.

As a result of the program, Aiperi was able to develop her project to launch a sewing workshop and won a grant to purchase 6 additional sewing machines.
