REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, development studies, education, or related fields;

  • Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines;

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation (preferred);

  • A good team player;

  • Excellent verbal, written, and reporting skills;

  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS OFFICE – Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms PowerPoint);

  • Language proficiency – English, Kyrgyz, and Russian.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Provide support to partner organizations:

  • Handle all correspondence with partners on project-related inquiries;

  • Maintain communication with beneficiaries and regularly update information about the project.

  1. Support project activities across all areas:

  • Provide regular updates on the implementation of the project after the approval of the project manager/executive director regarding articles, materials, photos, and stories to be published/covered;

  • Continuously update and release project information materials;

  • Carefully prepare all necessary materials in the database – both paper and electronic copies;

  • Ensure quality of work to achieve project objectives.

  1. Improve monitoring processes, data collection, and reporting during program implementation:

  • Implement and maintain reliable program and project monitoring tools (ISHTE tool);

  • Support the collection of baseline data and preparation of mid-term project reports;

  • Provide material and technical support for project activities;

  • Translate project-related materials.

  1. Additional duties:

  • Administrative tasks for the office.
