REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in management, development studies, education, or related fields;
-
Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines;
-
Experience in monitoring and evaluation (preferred);
-
A good team player;
-
Excellent verbal, written, and reporting skills;
-
Proficiency in computer skills (MS OFFICE – Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms PowerPoint);
-
Language proficiency – English, Kyrgyz, and Russian.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
-
Provide support to partner organizations:
-
Handle all correspondence with partners on project-related inquiries;
-
Maintain communication with beneficiaries and regularly update information about the project.
-
Support project activities across all areas:
-
Provide regular updates on the implementation of the project after the approval of the project manager/executive director regarding articles, materials, photos, and stories to be published/covered;
-
Continuously update and release project information materials;
-
Carefully prepare all necessary materials in the database – both paper and electronic copies;
-
Ensure quality of work to achieve project objectives.
-
Improve monitoring processes, data collection, and reporting during program implementation:
-
Implement and maintain reliable program and project monitoring tools (ISHTE tool);
-
Support the collection of baseline data and preparation of mid-term project reports;
-
Provide material and technical support for project activities;
-
Translate project-related materials.
-
Additional duties:
-
Administrative tasks for the office.
