This service was launched by the Fair and Sustainable Development Solutions (FSDS) Foundation as part of the project "Inclusive Society for Children with Disabilities." Now, parents of children with disabilities can receive assistance from specially trained social assistants to cope with everyday tasks.
The opening of the new office was attended by the Minister of Social Welfare and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kudaibergen Bazarbaev, FSDS Executive Director Muratbek Ismailov, as well as partners and parents of children with disabilities. FSDS equipped the "Respite" office with everything needed for children with developmental disabilities, where parents can bring their children and leave them with social workers for a while.
We hope that the "Respite" service will become a real support for our parents and children.
