The effort to provide clean water to the residents of remote areas in Kyrgyzstan continues. As part of the new phase supporting Food Security, the FSDS team visited the village of Arashan in the Talas region, where work is currently underway to bring clean water.

Muradbek Ismailov, Executive Director of FSDS, met with representatives of the local government and the local water user community. During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation plan and pressing social issues in the region. As a result of their joint efforts, 200 households in the village of Arashan will have access to clean drinking water.
