Holds Master’s degree in Public administration from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.


Mrs. Akmatova from 2009-2013 worked for DanChurchAid (DCA) in Central Asia as Programme Coordinator and was responsible for maintaining an overview of all programmes and projects undertaken by DCA Regional Office.


From 2013-2016 worked as Programme Officer/M&E specialist at Civic Participation Fund (CPF), the local NGO (Non-Gouvernmental Organization).


She has 18-year experience in the Civil Society Development fields with Counterpart International in Kyrgyzstan, Association of Civil Society Support Centers (ACSSC), DCA in Central Asia and Civic Participation Fund (CPF). Has good knowledge and capacity in conducting training workshops, facilitating meetings, coordinating advocacy campaigns, monitoring and evaluation of social-oriented projects/programs, creating analytical reports, organizational development (OD) assessment and consulting.


Since May 2016 Mrs. Akmatova is Project manager on Migration in FSDS. Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
