For returning labor migrants in the Batken oblast, the decision to open their business is often hampered by their inability to reintegrate into the local market conditions.
Unfortunately, the attempt to become self-sufficient and stay in Kyrgyzstan in many cases fails, because the business does not meet expectations. This is influenced by many factors, of which the most important are: 1) lack of access to information (especially in rural areas) about the basics of business development and 2) the difficulty of expanding and creating a business.
Within the framework of our project, PF “Insan Leilek” trains migrants and their families with business planning skills, preparing a business plan, calculating income and expenses, and informing about taxation of small businesses so that all resources of labor migrants are effectively used.
