The woodworking machine “the ML 392” has been granted to the group of entrepreneurs in Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan for production of windows, tables, chairs and other household appliances.
Early this year the group of entrepreneurs opened a workshop where they placed different machines and tools. The combined woodworking machine “the ML 392” was the only tool missing for doing a profitable business. FSDS made this donation for local entrepreneurs with the aim of achieving the goal of reducing unemployment among young farmers in the framework of the ICCO-funded project “Organic aymaks in Issyk-Kul’’.
The machine will enable a group of young entrepreneurs from now on to provide to local farmers with high quality woodworking services and in addition to be able to earn more to make their dream of opening a furniture workshop next year come true.
