The Business Planning training was held on September 22-23 in five villages of Karakol city of Issyk-Kul region for the local farmers' groups and businessmen from Business Association ''JIA''.

So far many participants have a desire to write a business plan on a particular type of business, some even have business ideas but not all of them have knowledge and experience about how to write and put into practice an effective business plan.

During the training attendees learnt how to properly write a business plan. Also worked in teams, where each team wrote about the learnt section, then presented and discussed the work with all the participants of the training. Within the discussions proposals and suggestions were made.

 

In groups participants wrote and discussed works on the following topics:

  • 1 team - Business plan of a greenhouse with a usable area of 100 square meters (village Barskon),
  • 2 team – Business plan of ovigerous poultry farm chicken (village Ton),
  • 3 team – Business plan of carpentry wood workshop with the acquisition of new equipment (village Tosor),
  • 4 team – Business plan for growing strawberries in climatic conditions of Ton region (village Bokonbaev),
  • 5 team – Business plan for the fattening of cattle (the village of Darkhan),
  • 6 team – Business plan of production and sale of wool products by means of special equipment (village of Darkhan).

 As a result, training on "Business Planning" has been fruitful, since all the present farmers have received answers to their respective questions, and in addition, all attendees were able to save their works in electronic format.
