Within the framework of the "Strengthening Parents' Opportunities and Leadership in Building an Inclusive Society for Children with Disabilities" project, on September 30, 2017, the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities will hold a Gala concert with participation of children with disabilities, and stars of the Tajik stage.
The gala concert is dedicated to the World Day of Children's Cerebral Palsy. World Day of Children's Cerebral Palsy is celebrated on the first Wednesday of October and is an innovative project that aims to change life of people living with the diagnosis of cerebral palsy and their families for the better.
The International Day of Cerebral Palsy was launched by the Alliance of Children's Cerebral Palsy (Australia) in conjunction with the Children's Cerebral Palsy Association (USA). The project was supported by more than 270 organizations and hospitals from 46 countries. This is the day when people share their ideas on how to make the world for children with cerebral palsy better and easier.
The goal of the Gala concert is to draw public attention to the vocal and dancing talents of children with disabilities, to show the rich potential of these children and the diversity of their capabilities.
The project is funded by European Union and implemented by ICCO Cooperation in partnership with PF Fair and Sustainable Development Solutions and the NGO "Parents of children with developmental problems"
